The Winner Twins

The Winner Twins, America’s youngest award winning authors, are reaching out to students across the nation hoping to spread a profound message of inspiration!  These amazing girls had to overcome dyslexia and other learning disabilities that stemmed from their premature birth in order to write their award winning novel at the age of 12.  After the completion of their first novel, The Strand Prophecy, The Winner Twins began to talk to other kids and soon realized that many kids/students suffered from some form of learning disability, including ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, and more. But what became even more apparent to the sisters was the fact that all kids/students face challenges that threatened to defeat them - challenges such as lack of self-esteem due to a myriad of obstacles in their lives.

The Winner Twins realized that they could inspire their audience by openly admitting their disabilities and challenges, thus freeing themselves and the students from fears and self-doubt. The twins have reached out during the 2008-10 school years to over 75,000 students to promote reading, writing, and the means to overcome challenges. The Winner Twins are a true example of how to overcome challenges in order to achieve dreams!  The Winner sisters provide their efforts without charge and have donated books, teachers’ manuals, posters and more to classrooms and libraries. 

Motivate 2 Learn

Motive 2 Learn (M2L) was created as a charitable foundation in order to provide students with the motivation to read, write, and overcome any obstacles!  The Winner Twins have created a multimedia presentation which they utilize at schools to motivate the students. Using a ten foot video screen, this elaborate presentation includes an animated character that interviews the girls on stage – along with music, stage lighting, wireless microphones, and more.  Their accomplishments and presence has proved to be very motivational. The impact of these young girls sharing their message with students is far, far more influential than the same message coming from adults.

The demand for the Winner Twins has increased as entire school districts are now seeking bookings for the motivational message. The girls have set a goal to reach 1,000,000 students!  In order to reach this goal, the Winner Twins established the Motivate 2 Learn nonprofit corporation to assist in raising the needed capital for their venture.  Schools across the country currently contact M2L to book the Winner Twins’ live performance, “If You Can Dream It, You Can Write It,” and to access M2L’s various programs.  M2L coordinates the performance schedules and programs in addition to the delivery of materials. M2L donates books to the library of each school it visits in addition to teacher’s guides, assistive learning technologies (such as Speech to Text hardware and software), motivational posters, and other items as a part of their effort to motivate students to learn.
